Foraging foray with Le Refuge des Gourmets
On two Saturday mornings from May to the beginning of August, the chef invites you to discover his world of plants by embarking on a wild foraging foray, followed by lunch at our Michelin-starred restaurant (prior reservation required).
With basket in hand, follow the chef as he takes you on a tour of Les Voirons massif and the surrounding forests and riverbanks! This moment of companionship with Hubert is also a fun way to learn about the aromatic diversity of the wild herbs and plants of Haute-Savoie.

With its wild garlic, elderberry, sweet woodruff, fir buds, sweet clover, meadowsweet, goosefoot and hogweed, nature in the Bas-Chablais region is a true patchwork of fragrances and aromas. Enjoy a tasting session in the heart of nature, while listening to the chef's anecdotes and memories. Offering a moment of complicity and conviviality, these foraging forays are sure to tantalise the taste buds. Then back at Le Refuge des Gourmets, lunch at our fine-dining restaurant becomes a game of flavours, as you try to identify the herbs picked earlier in the morning in your dishes.
